Our retreats are designed to support and nurture women throughout the different stages of womanhood. We provide individually tailored treatments to help women relax, re-balance, rejuvenate and regain their confidence.

We provide support with : weight loss, menopause related issues, stress management, insomnia, fertility , hormonal imbalances and adrenal fatigue.

The time spend at the retreat is intended as a nutritional, emotional and digital detox. A chance to ‘retreat’, reflect and refresh energies and mind.

 

Daily highlights:

  • Morning Yoga: Energizing Hatha/ Vinyasa flow including breath work and meditation.
  • Breakfast: Organic wholefood breakfast.
  • One complementary natural health consultation with Sara and one individual treatment with either Yana or Victoria during the retreat which are included in the price of the retreat. (Extra treatments must be paid for and booked separately)
  • Time for rest, relaxation and time in nature: extra booked therapy sessions, swimming in our beautiful pool, walking in the hills, walking to the sea and meditation. Time to relax in the stunning landscape grounds with herb garden and connect with other women.
  • Lunch: A delicious whole food, nutritionally balanced lunch.
  • Afternoon: Optional inclusive activities offered are:  Picnic outing to the hills; massage workshop; self massage for women’s wellbeing; herb walk and talk with our medical herbalist;  mindfulness and meditation sessions.
  • Evening Yoga: Restorative Hatha yoga with Yana including breath work and meditation.
  • Evening meal: Coming together to enjoy a delicious, nutrient dense vegan meal and a time to share thoughts, inspirations and insights in a light-hearted and creative environment
  • Yoga Nidra meditation or movement meditation.

Healthy snacks, herbal teas and fresh fruit will be available outside of the meal times.

Natural health consultation: Sara Rooney, Medical Herbalist, BSc (Hons) will take a detailed case history, looking holistically at your health, analyzing diet, lifestyle and health factors.

Sara will then write a personalized natural health treatment plan for you with natural supplements, nutritional, lifestyle, herbal and referral advice, if appropriate.
